Etta Mae Swain-Bond, 61, of Middletown, wife of Wendell Bond, passed away on June 20, 2018 at home surrounded by her family. Born in Windsor, NC, she was the daughter of late Emanuel and Martha (Swain) King.
Etta Mae had lived in Middletown for the last 38 years and worked for CRT for 28 years. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother, who was humble and loving to everyone.

Besides her husband, she is survived by one son, Tyress Swain of Middletown; one daughter, Carlesha Swain of Middletown; two sisters, Connie Swain of New Britain, Glanda Spellor of Middletown and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Zion First Baptist Church, 16 James A. Moses Ave., Middletown, on Tuesday, June 26th at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery in Middletown.

Family and friends may call at the church on Tuesday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 am.
