Kenneth Wayne May, 60, of Middletown, CT passed away peacefully in his home on November 14, 2016 after a long illness. He was born in Valdese, NC, and was predeceased by his parents, Cecil and Betty May of Andrews, NC; and his niece, Captain Kelly Hasselman of El Paso, TX.

Ken is survived by his wife of 30 years, Katherine of Middletown, CT, his sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Ray Hasselman of Broken Arrow, OK; his daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer May-Trifiletti and Paul Trifiletti of Whitman, MA; his nephew and his wife, Kevin and Lillian Hasselman of Grosse Pointe, MI; and his niece, Karen Hasselman of Savannah, GA.

Ken, a loving husband and father, will be remembered for his kind heart and gentle ways, and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Funeral services will be private.
