Mario came to the United States with his new bride in 1969 and worked at International Silver and retired from the City of Middletown. He was a member of St. Sebastian Church and would keep his beloved patron saint close to his heart.

He loved living life to the fullest and his greatest treasures were his grandchildren whom they lovingly called Nonno. His truest gift of all was growing a vegetable garden every year and sharing his fruitful harvests with friends and family, along with his passion for fishing and hunting, which he referred to as a true sport.
