Obituary: Mary (Harless) Pawelczyk, 84, of Middletown
Mary worked for the City of Middletown in the Consumer Protection Department and at Middletown High School as a secretary.
MIDDLETOWN, CT - (From Biega Funeral Home) Mary (Harless) Pawelczyk, 84, of Middletown, wife of Lucas Pawelczyk, died Tuesday December 22, 2020 at Hartford Hospital.
She was born in Fletcher, OK, daughter of Rudy and Dela (Middleton) Harless. Mary worked for the City of Middletown in the Consumer Protection Department and later retired from Middletown High School as a secretary. She was a communicant of St. Sebastian Church and enjoyed singing with various choir groups in the Middletown area.
Mary is survived by her husband Lucas; sons, Phil Pawelczyk of Killington, VT, Mark Pawelczyk of South Windsor; three grandchildren, Ava, Thomas and William; also several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brothers, Joseph, Michael, Frank Harless and sister, Ruth Koetter.
Funeral services are private and burial will be at State Veterans’ Cemetery.
