Over $9000 Raised For The Poor In Haiti

Saint Elizabeth Seton Church’s Jeffrey Cantin spearheaded the 7th year annual Hoof It for Haiti event to raise money for food, maintenance and upkeep to Saint Anne church and parish. The race is a 5K; USATF sanctioned which starts on Brook Street in Rocky Hill and ends in the Church parking lot. This year Runner Bronson Venable set a new course record = 17minutes and 24 seconds! This year was the largest turnout ever, and donations from all runners and volunteers were approximately $10,000!

Many people from Middletown where there supporting this event, including my friends Mary Ann Fagan a volunteer and Jerry Rankin who won an award.
