MIDDLETOWN, CT — Officials are advising motorists that paving will begin on Westfield Street in Middletown at 7 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7. Commuters should expect delays and actively seek alternative routes in this area, officials said.
The paving will continue until it is complete, which may run into the evening commute and officials are advising motorists to plan accordingly.
