UPDATE: Police Investigate Stabbing in Middletown
The victim's condition was unknown as of late Tuesday afternoon, according to police.

Middletown, CT — Middletown Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred on Tuesday afternoon.
Police were dispatched to the area of Grand Street and Pearl Street at about 12:55 p.m. on the report of a disturbance in progress.
A few minutes later, one of the involved parties was found on Main Street, suffering from apparent stab wounds, police said in a press release.

It is believed that the victim walked away from Grand Street and was heading to the hospital when he collapsed, according to police.
The victim was transported to the hospital via ambulance.
