Police: Man Arrested After Not Paying for Nine Vodka Drinks in Middletown
The man allegedly decided he didn't have to pay tabs totaling more than $100 at two restaurants. He also caused a ruckus.

Frederick Woodhouse, 48, of Norwich was arrested March 5 and charged with two counts sixth-degree larceny and two counts of breach of peace after he allegedly racked up more than $100 in unpaid bar tabs at two Middletown restaurants.
He allegedly left the La Boca Restaurant without paying for his seven double vodka drinks.
The manager of the restaurant started to search the area for him after he left without paying his nearly $100 bar tab, according to police.

Woodhouse had gone to the Forbidden City for more drinks and caused another ruckus, police said.
A manager at Forbidden City said Woodhouse came in and drank two Ketel One vodka drinks and became obnoxious and began bothering people. Some customers left because of him.

Woodhouse then stood up and began to leave Forbidden City and the manager said he would call police because he hasn’t paid his $25 tab. Woodhouse allegedly said “go ahead,” and left.
Police found the manager of La Boca chasing Woodhouse.
Woodhouse was then taken into custody at that point.
