Police: Man Gets Into Fight After Told to Do His Laundry in Middletown

A case manager insisted the man do his laundry, which let to an altercation.

A resident of a mental health and addiction facility was arrested after allegedly attacking a case manager who told him to do his laundry.

Police said Richard Connell, 63, attacked a case manager at 436 Washington Street. The case manager told him to do his laundry and Connell said he didn’t know how to, according to the Middletown Press.

The case manager insisted he did and that’s when Connell punched him in the chin, police said.
