MIDDLETOWN, CT — Authorities in Middletown successfully located a missing 64-year-old man.

At 12:39 p.m. Monday, Police said Richard Paradise was found. He had last ben seen along the 500 block of Washington Street on Monday at 4 p.m.

Paradise had left his home on a blue electric scooter.
