Police: Middletown Woman Breaks Into Ex's House After He Said He'd Post Nude Photos

She said she was upset about photos on her ex-boyfriend's phone.

A Middletown woman was charged with home invasion after she allegedly broke into her ex-boyfriend’s house with a baseball bat.

Police went to an Annette Place residence on May 3 on a report of a domestic incident, police said.

A man said his ex-girlfriend Renee Wallace, 19, of Middletown came to the resident and he told her to go away.

She then allegedly grabbed a baseball bat and banged on the front door and then smashed a back sliding glass door and started kicking a locked basement door. She then left and the man contacted 911.

Wallace was spotted by police. She allegedly said that she was going to confront him about nude photos on his phone of her and that she wanted him to delete them because he said he would post them online, police said.

She became upset and said she broke the glass door and kicked the basement door.

Wallace was charged with home invasion, first-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
