Police Warn Of Car Burglars In Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, CT — Police are reminding residents to lock up their cars after a person was seen trying to open a car door at a home in Middletown on Friday afternoon.

Police shared video of the incident in a post on Facebook.

“Time of day does not matter to these suspects,” police wrote in the post around 12:45 p.m. “This incident JUST occurred and we believe the suspects and vehicle may still be in the Westfield/East Street area of Middletown.
