Untouchable, yes? Singular in nature, yes? Modern day classics, yes? Why, it would be foolish to try and put a different spin on such musical gems of the day, yes?
Well, no. You are encouraged to give a listen to singer Jenny Mitchell of the acoustic duo, Jenny &amp; Dave, as she reinvents these songs, and so many others, with a lovely and very approachable vocal style that leaves one wanting for more. Honoring the original versions by not deviating far from melody and chord progression, Jenny &amp; Dave shed new acoustic light on those songs etched into your cellular memory, and do so in the most delightful way. {And they play a lot of Linda Ronstadt, too.}
You’re invited to come by this Saturday afternoon, around 1:00 p.m., as Jenny &amp; Dave give a free street performance outside The Middlesex Music Academy in Downtown Middletown, Connecticut, USA. And hear for yourself.

Looking for a unique family night out this summer? Grab your favorite float and join us poolside for Movie Mondays, part of the YMCA's Summer Sizzle Event Series!
Float, relax, and enjoy a family-friendly movie from the comfort of the pool while making memories with friends, neighbors, and fellow community members. Whether you're a current member, a former member looking to reconnect, or someone who has never visited the Y before, Movie Mondays are a fun and affordable way to experience everything the YMCA has to offer.
Featured Movie: Jaws (PG) on June 22 
Additional movie nights scheduled for July 13 and July 27.
Movie Mondays are just one of the many special events included with a Full Facility YMCA Membership. This summer is the perfect time to join and take advantage of our Summer Membership Special, giving you access to the fitness center, pools, group exercise classes, wellness programs, and exclusive member events like this one—all summer long.
Not ready for a membership? Non-members are welcome to attend for just $20 per family.
