The City of Middletown is pleased to welcome Sherill Baldwin from the State Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to discuss “What’s In, What’s Out: How to Reduce Waste and Recycle Right,” at the dekoven House Community Center, 27 Washington Street in Middletown on Tuesday, November 15 at 6:30 pm.
