Riverfront Master Plan Was Revealed on July 2nd at City Hall

The Return to the Riverbend campaign resulted in a long-term master plan that guides future growth and development of Middletown’s riverfront.

The master plan included recommendations for future land use, flood protection, transportation improvements and community benefits in a study area stretching from Harbor Park to the Rushford Center.
