Search Continues For Missing Middletown Woman 5 Years Later

Nina Coe is believed to have gone missing five years ago as a result of foul play and police are asking for any information in the case.

MIDDLETOWN, CT — Middletown police are continuing to ask for the public’s assistance with any information regarding a woman who went missing five years ago. Thursday, July 16, marks the fifth anniversary of Nina Coe’s disappearance and her family won’t be gathering for a vigil on the south green this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

"She would want us all to be safe," the family said.

Coe is believed to have gone missing as a result of foul play.

“With everything that is going on in the world today, having a loved one who has gone missing makes it even more difficult,” police wrote in a post on Facebook. “Let's help this family find their loved one. No matter how small you think the tip may be, it doesn't matter. It may be the one piece of the puzzle we needed to locate Nina.”
