Senior Center REIKI Demonstration

Elizabeth Lupacchino’s January 8th’s REIKI Demonstration:

Reiki provides many of the same benefits as traditional massage therapy. The practioner, Elizabeth Lupacchino uses simple and gentle hands-on techniques, or no-touch techniques and guided visualizations. Reiki relieves stress and pain and at the same time increases energy and a sense of relaxation:

Documentation shows success in treating asthma, arthritis and post surgical procedures. Appointments are available this month at The Senior Center on Tuesday, January 12th and/or January 26th.
