Shots Fired In Middletown Neighborhood: Police
There was a police presence in a Middletown neighborhood Tuesday following a shots fired incident the night before.

MIDDLETOWN, CT — Shots were fired in a Middletown neighborhood Monday night, police said.
Police said they were alerted to a gun going off on Braeburn Lane at about 10:40 p.m.
Detectives into the morning hours Tuesday were actively canvassing the area for surveillance footage and additional evidence, according to an incident report.

"At this time, there have been no reports of injuries or property damage associated with the incident," police said. "The investigation remains active and ongoing."
