Studio Offers Free Dance Lessons For Mother's Day
Middletown's Fred Astaire Dance is offering two private lessons and a group practice party for free.

In honor of Mother’s Day, the studio will celebrate mothers at the Thursday night open house May 17. Any mother who comes can take advantage of the introductory dance offer of two private lessons and a group practice party for free.
Dancing at Fred Astaire is a wonderful way to relax after a long day. Some people use it as a date night with their significant other. Studies show that couples who take up activities such as ballroom dancing together tend to stay together longer. It serves to improve communication between each other, develops a stronger friendship and renews marriages and relationships.
As a group or solo activity dancing has many health benefits. Regular dancing improves flexibility, strength and endurance. It is also a social activity that provides people with higher self-esteem, a positive outlook and a sense of well-being.
The Middletown Fred Astaire Dance Studio is a family friendly environment, if one cannot find a sitter for the kids it is encouraged to bring them with you. There is a kids play room at the studio, or one can make dancing a truly family affair.
