MIDDLETOWN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Angelina Cruz, 17, who has been missing from Middletown since April 25.
Cruz has brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds.
She was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, an unknown color sweatshirt and tan Uggs brand footwear, according to police.
