Teen Missing From Middletown; Police and DCF Seeking Public's Help

The Middletown Police Department and the Connecticut Department of Children and Families are seeking the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Jackie Stec, 15.

Stec is a runaway from a DCF facility in Middletown, police said. She has long straight black hair, is 5’4” tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds. Her clothing at the time she left the facility is unknown.

“She has run away several times in the past while in the custody of DCF but usually returns within 24 hours,” according to Middletown Police. “In the past she has traveled to Meriden, CT and Manhattan in New York.”
