Vehicle Hits Pedestrian In Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, CT — A pedestrian was hit by a car in Middletown Sunday night, fire officials said Monday.

The incident took place at about 11:30 p.m on Washington St., according to fire officials.

Serious injuries were reported.

Life Star helicopter was requested but was unavailable due to the weather, fire officials said.

One person was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries, fire officials said.
