Wadsworth Falls Park Closed To Additional Visitors Saturday
The park reached capacity early Saturday afternoon.
MIDDLETOWN, CT — Wadsworth Falls State Park was closed to additional visitors Saturday afternoon after its parking lot reached capacity.
Gov. Ned Lamont signed an executive order that gives park officials the power to close parks to additional visitors in an effort to promote effective social distancing during the coronavirus pandemic.
The state has 139 parks and forests.
