Managed by St. Vincent de Paul Middletown, the Center is open from 9:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. every night during cold weather months. Three area churches take turns as host sites. It is currently at the South Congregational Church, 9 Pleasant St. – Nov. 19, 2017– Dec. 3, 2017.
