WATCH: Middletown Police Department Featured in New Children’s Video

Twenty Trucks creator Jim Gardner flew out to Connecticut from Arizona to film the Middletown Police Department for the new video.

MIDDLETOWN, CT — The Middletown Police Department is featured in a new children’s video produced by TwentyTrucks.com.

Officer Kristen Tyrseck, and other Middletown police officers, played a major role in bringing Jim Gardner and Hammershark Media LLC to Middletown to feature the department’s vehicles on their website, www.TwentyTrucks.com, which features videos and children’s songs about trucks.

Tyrseck watched the videos with her family and noticed that they did not have a police video. She reached out to Gardner on YouTube and he responded by flying out to Connecticut from Arizona to film the Middletown Police Department. They also came up with new lyrics and melody for the video.

The Middletown Police Department is very proud to announce that our officers and our Police vehicles were used in the production of this newly published “Police Vehicle” children’s video. Officer Kristen Tyrseck, and other MPD officers, played a major role in bringing Jim Gardner and Hammershark Media LLC to Middletown to feature our vehicles on their amazing website, www.TwentyTrucks.com. Officer Tyrseck, and the other officers involved, have children of their own who have been watching the videos from Twenty Trucks and now their children will be able to watch their own moms and dads in this new Police Vehicles video.
We are very proud to share this video with our citizens so they can watch our officers and our equipment in action on this family fun website. The cruisers, motorcycles, our boat and the other equipment was taped in a safe fashion on our fine streets of Middletown.
Our wonderful Main St. and beautiful stretch of the Connecticut River is also highlighted in portions of the video. It is amazing to know that the video has already been viewed over 73,000 times in less than five days since it was originally published.
Thank you to our staff who participated in the production and we ask the members of our community to enjoy and share in the children’s fun! Great job Kristen and crew.
