Water Tour Firm Among 35 New Businesses Registered In Middletown In July

MIDDLETOWN, CT — New businesses registered with the state in Middletown totaled 35 in July, according to the Connecticut Business Registry.

The most unusual entry was All Outdoors USA LLC, which registered under the scenic and sightseeing water transportation category at 6 Lindsey Road on July 1.

Three businesses registered at 515 Centerpoint Drive during the month: Baykal Transport LLC, a long-distance trucking company, Active Mind Psychiatry PLLC, a mental health practice, and EKUBE Smart Homes LLC, a homebuilder. Retail and services also saw new entries, including Brayded It LLC, a beauty salon, Munchie Vision LLC, a photography studio, and Hurd Auto Mall LLC, an automotive parts retailer.

State registration marks when a business files paperwork with the Secretary of the State, not necessarily when it opens to customers, so some of these ventures may not yet be operating at the addresses listed.
