Woman Used Stolen Identity To Make Large Withdrawal From Bank: Middletown Police

Police said they are seeking the public's help.

MIDDLETOWN, CT — The Middletown Police Department said it is seeking the public’s help in locating Juliet B. Ornstein, 55, who currently has an active arrest warrant.

Ornstein is wanted for the following charges:• Identity Theft in the First Degree • Larceny in the Second Degree • Forgery in the Second Degree.

"She is suspected of using a stolen identity to make a large withdrawal from a local bank," police said. "Investigators believe she may be traveling along the East Coast and could be involved in similar incidents.
