WWI Reenactment At The Greater Middletown Military Museum!

On June 1st!

On Saturday June 1st there was a WWI demonstration outside the Greater Middletown Military Museum in the Middletown Veterans Memorial Park.

Attendees to events at the Museum can enjoy the beautiful grounds surrounding the museum in Veterans Park. Visit the Connecticut Trees of Honor Memorial to stroll around in quiet homage to the 65 Connecticut military who gave their lives for freedom and security in the wars against terrorism since the attacks on our homeland on 9/11/2001. Inspect the Huey helicopter which performed CIA missions in Laos with Laotian operatives who supported the USA military during the Vietnam War. Tour the free museum to learn about the role of our military from the earliest colonial years to today, with a special focus on Middletown area contributors to our nation’s military service.
