A food packing event working in conjunction with St. John Cromwell, St. Mary Czestochowa Parish and St. Mary, Portland Parish and St. Pius X Church will be March 16th from 10-2:00 pm in the Bill Fortin Memorial Hall at St. Pius X Church. There will be three shifts of 50+ workers: 10-11, 11:30-12:30 and 1-2.
The Parishes are raising funds and organize volunteers for this event. Youth (4 years old+) and adult volunteers are needed! Go to http://events.stophungernow.or... Please sign up for one shift only to allow for more people to participate. On the website, you will be asked for a donation when you register. They are asking $10 per person or $25 per family.
