Yellow Dog Running Loose in Middletown

Jan. 9 Update from Middletown Animal Control:

We got a look at our yellow dog today. It is definitely a male, yellow lab. He found a safe place to bed down and we left him some food in hopes that he will stay there. He is in the area of Ridgewood Rd. PLEASE if you see him, do not chase him or try to capture him. We don’t want to scare him away. Please call with any info. 860-638-4030.

For the last three days, we have had reports of a yellow dog (Golden/Lab-ish) running loose looking scared and lost. It will not come to anyone.

The last sighting was this morning (1/8/15) at 6:30 a.m. on Newfield St. near the Dollar General. If anyone knows anything about where this dog is missing from or has seen it, please call us at 860-638-4030 Middletown, CT. Share! We are very worried about it in this freezing cold!
