MILFORD, CT — A person suffered minor injuries in a fire that hit a two-story home in Milford on Monday night, according to Battalion Chief and Public Information Officer Adam Hansen.

Milford emergency communications received multiple 911 calls at 11:24 p.m. reporting a structure fire at an Amber Lane home.

Firefighters responded and found a two-story, wooden-framed, single-family home that was "well involved with fire," Hansen said. Heavy fire was showing on the first and second floors. Firefighters used multiple hand lines on the home's interior.
