MILFORD, CT — Milford police say they are investigating a Sunday morning shooting and a suspect is in custody.
At 10 a.m. police responded to a report of a shooting in the area of Housatonic Drive, police said. Officers found one victim, who sustained a gunshot wound to the back, in stable condition, police said.
A suspect is in custody, police said. Police urge motorists to avoid the area as their investigation is ongoing. Police said the shooting was an isolated incident.
