$15k In Damage Caused At Eisenhower Park, Man Charged: Milford PD

A man caused an estimated $15,000 worth of damages to Eisenhower Park after off-roading in his vehicle, according to police.

MILFORD, CT — A Bridgeport man was charged after he caused an estimated $15,000 worth of damages to Eisenhower Park after he went off-roading, according to police.

Officers went to the park Sept. 2 after getting a report of a vehicle stuck on a rock. The vehicle was unoccupied when officers arrived.

Vehicle owner Gregory Ulrich, 33, was located at his Bridgeport residence and taken into custody, police said. He was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, evading responsibility and violation of a city ordinance. Ulrich was released on a promise to appear and is due in court Oct. 3.
