18-Unit Apartment Complex Approved On 1.35-Acre Parcel In Milford

MILFORD, CT — Milford's population has to be increasing with all of the planned apartment complexes in town.

The latest includes an 18-unit apartment complex, which will be constructed at 690 New Haven Avenue on a 1.35-acre parcel, the Milford Mirror reports.

The project received approval recently by the Planning and Zoning Board and will include six buildings with three units each, including five one-bedroom, 10, two-bedroom, and three, three-bedroom units, the Milford Mirror reports. The project will also add 52 parking spaces.
