2 Milford Residents Charged With Assault: Police
Police said both people are accused of throwing items at each other's cars, which led to damage.
MILFORD, CT — Two Milford residents are charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault after police responded to a local home late last month, police said.
On Feb. 24, Milford Police responded to a Naugatuck Ave residence on the report of a possible
domestic violence incident, police said.
Investigation led to the arrests of Ben and Nicholas Cerreta, both 19 years old, who are accused of punching and shoving each other during an altercation as well as throwing items at each other’s vehicles causing damage, police said.
