3 Inside Stolen Car Try To Run From Officers: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — Three people including Raul Lozada, 19, of Prospect Street in Colchester, Hector Rios, 18, of Louisiana Avenue in Bridgeport, and a juvenile are accused of possessing a stolen vehicle, Milford police said.

At 3:40 a.m. on April 14, police said an officer witnessed a stolen vehicle in the area of Aster Road.

"When approached, the three occupants exited the vehicle, took off on foot, and were located shortly after. Investigation led to the arrest of Lozada and Rios who are accused of possessing a stolen vehicle. One juvenile arrest was also made," police said.

Lozada and Rios are charged with second-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and risk of injury to a minor.

They were each given $10,000 bonds.
