3 More Charged With Breaking Into Cars: Milford Police

The accuseds are facing several charges, according to police.

MILFORD, CT — Milford police said two Bridgeport residents, Jimmy Joyner, 23, of Edna Avenue and Izaiah Rivera, 18, of Cowles Street, along with a juvenile are accused of breaking into cars.

On May 10, police responded to the area of New Haven Avenue and Dalton Road on the report of cars getting entered, police said. Milford police found three suspects and an investigation led to the arrests of Joyner and Rivera who are accused of entering three vehicles in the area and taking items from the vehicles, police said. One juvenile was also arrested.

Joyner and Rivera are both charged with three counts of third-degree burglary, three counts of conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, two counts of sixth-degree larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and conspiracy to have weapons in a motor vehicle.
