6 Milford Stores Cited For Selling Tobacco To Underage Customers

MILFORD, CT — Police said that six establishments that sell tobacco and/or electronic cigarettes failed a recent compliance check.

Police conducted a total of 14 inspections. Those that failed were found non-compliant with state law for selling to underage customers.

The clerks at these establishments were fined $300 for a first-time infraction, according to the Milford Police Department's Instagram page.
