Affordable Housing Project Plans Filed In Milford: Report
The project was first pitched back in 2008 and have now been refiled but significant changes have been made.

MILFORD, CT — A housing proposal that dates back 10 years is now before the Planning and Zoning Board once again, the Milford Mirror reports.
In 2008, a developer received approval for an affordable housing application to construct a six-unit building at 63 Washington Street but the project never got built. Now fast-forward ten years and plans have been resubmitted and this time a new developer, Eight-30G LLC, is seeking to construct two buildings with three units each, the Mirror reports. Once again the plans include an affordable housing component.
All of the units will now be one-bedroom.
