Milford Students Awarded Scholarships From BIC

Shelton, CT – July 30, 2012 – Six Milford residents have won BIC scholarships. The scholarships are awarded annually to children of BIC employees and are based on the students’ scholastic achievements. This year, BIC awarded a total of $120,000 in scholarships to 88 winners, including these six Milford residents:   

 

Rachel L. Botelho, who is attending the University of New Haven, received a $2,000 scholarship.  She is the daughter of Steven and Tammie Botelho.

Alyssa R. Davanzo, who is attending the University of Connecticut, received a $1,000 scholarship.  She is the daughter of Richard and Donna Davanzo.

William B. Hull, who is attending Central Connecticut State University, received a $1,000 scholarship.  He is the son of William and Jane Hull.

 

Amanda M. Keator, who is attending Central Connecticut State University, received a $1,000 scholarship.  She is the daughter of Christian and Julie Keator.

 

Patrick J. Keefe, who is attending the College of the Holy Cross, received a $3,000 scholarship.  He is the son of James and Elizabeth Keefe.

 

Jennifer R. Yee, who is attending Sacred Heart University, received a $2,000 scholarship.  She is the daughter of Thomas and Rose Yee.
