Apartment Project With Affordable Units Proposed In Milford
A developer is seeking to build a residential project on a near two-acre lot, according to a report.
MILFORD, CT — A developer has filed plans with the city to construct a 53-unit apartment complex, according to Hearst Connecticut Media.
The project calls for 33-two bedroom units and 20 one-bedroom units at a near two-acre lot on Buick Avenue. Sixteen of the units will be categorized as affordable.
