Applications Open For Milford PD's Citizens Police Academy
The program offers 30 hours of comprehensive instruction by the department's officers and supervisors.
MILFORD, CT — The Milford Police Department's Citizens Police Academy is now open to applications for 2025.
Classes will be Tuesdays from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. from Feb. 4 to April 22.
The academy is "designed to provide the public with an opportunity to learn about the operations, responsibilities, and capabilities of our police department," according to a flyer advertising the program.
