Blighted Milford Property To Get New Life: Report
The city approved plans to renovate and upgrade the property.

MILFORD, CT — A former blighted property at 87 Golden Hill Street will be renovated and turned into a three-family house, the Milford Mirror reports. A fourth unit may also be added where a carriage house currently sits.
The property currently includes a three-family house built in 1880 and a carriage house from around 1850. The new owner, Jimmy Zeko, has put significant money into upgrading the site, the Mirror reports. Upgrade plans include a new driveway, new sidewalks and upgrades to utilities.
