Coffee Shop To Open In Downtown Milford

MILFORD, CT — A new coffee shop will be opening soon in downtown Milford. Red Eye Coffee Co. plans to open in February or March, according to its Instagram page.

"We are putting the final touches on our space and getting ready to bring exceptional coffee and genuine community together under one roof," the shop posted.

Red Eye Coffee Co. will be located at 44 River St. in the Metro Star Development. Other businesses at the development include Amae Collective and AT Sangha Yoga, according to The Connecticut Scoop. The development also has 50 apartments.

Redeye Coffee Co. "is being built as a place to linger, connect, and start your day right," according to its Instagram page.

The shop will also serve espresso, "beautifully steeped tea," and fresh baked goods.

Red Eye Coffee Co. is hiring baristas in anticipation of the upcoming opening.
