While Connecticut Post Mall remains open for business, serving your shopping needs as we always have, we are planning a temporary change to our operating hours.
This change will allow the center and its retailers additional time for deep cleaning of common areas and other public spaces. Beginning Tuesday, March 17th, Connecticut Post Mall will follow this temporary schedule:

The health and safety of our shoppers, employees and tenants is always our top priority. The situation with regard to the coronavirus (COVID-19) is fluid and rapidly developing. Out hearts go out to those affected both in the Unites States and abroad. Like you, we too are troubled about what we’ve seen in the news, and because we live, work and shop in the same community you do, we fully understand and empathize with your concerns. Therefore, we want you to know that we take the health and safety of our shoppers, employees and tenants very seriously – in fact, it’s our top priority at all times. As such we are working with a third-party cleaning organization that is well versed in curbing the spread of viral outbreaks in malls and other public places. We have directed this organization to take special care to repeatedly disinfect high-touch areas most susceptible to the spread of viral germs, including:
- Play Areas
- Restrooms
- Food Court Tables
- Door Handles
- Elevator control buttons
- Vending machines
- Drinking Fountains
