CT Weather: Another Coastal Storm To Bring More Rain, Wind
Another significant storm is expected for this upcoming weekend in CT. Here's the timeline, what to expect, and more.
CONNECTICUT — A nor'easter dropped between 2-5 inches of rain on the state, led to flooding concerns and generated strong wind gusts that knocked out power to more than 13,000 residents on Wednesday.
And now it looks like part 2 is in the forecast beginning Friday night and all day Saturday. Another 2-3 inches of rain is forecast, especially in southern Connecticut, with wind gusts approaching 30 mph at times. This storm won't be nearly as bad as the two-day nor'easter that just wrapped up, but it still will be another significant storm.
