'Deadly Overdose' Leads To An Arrest: Milford Police
Police said a man has been charged after "selling narcotics" to a person who died earlier this year.
MILFORD, CT — A Norwalk man, Erley Pulgarin, 52, of East Avenue, is accused of "selling narcotics to a subject which resulted in a deadly overdose in September of 2021," Milford police said.
On December 1, police took custody of Pulgarin in regard to an active arrest warrant, police said.
He is charged with illegal distribution of narcotics and was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 27.
