About First United Church of Christ, Congregational, Milford, CT
First Church is the Protestant congregation that founded Milford in 1639 and remains a vital force of ministry today through its service to people in need, vibrant worship, and faith formation for people of all ages. Our ministries include Milford Food 2 Kids, which feeds over 160 local food-insecure children each weekend of the school year; and the Emma Davis Medical Equipment Ministry, which loans out for free certain kinds of medical equipment. Our pastoral team of Revs. Adam Eckhart and Ashley Grant have each served at First Church Milford for over 12 years.
