'Domestic Violence Incident' At Business Leads To Charges: Milford PD
The accused was taken into custody and was initially given a $10,000 bond, according to police.
MILFORD, CT — A 34-year-old Bronx, NY man is accused of going to a Milford business and dragging a person "outside by the hair and jacket," police said.
On March 13, police responded to a Bridgeport Avenue business, for a report of a "domestic violence incident in progress," police said. Upon arrival, officers spoke to the victim, who said that the accused had left after the incident, police said.
"The victim said that (the accused) was threatening them over the phone and said that he would be coming to their location to cause a scene and make them go with him," police said in a news release. "(The accused) came to the business and dragged the victim outside by the hair and jacket, trying to get them into his car. He grabbed the victim’s arm and prevented them from going back inside the business, causing injuries."

He was taken into custody a short time later and is charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, and second-degree unlawful restraint. He was initially given a $10,000 bond.
