The clinic is by appointment only and pre-registration is required, according to officials.

MILFORD, CT — The Milford Health Department will be offering a drive-up immunization clinic for adults and children from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12. The clinic will be held at the Milford Department of Human Services at 150 Gulf St.

The Milford Health Department immunization clinics are usually held at its 82 New Haven Avenue location from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month. However, officials say that due to the new coronavirus pandemic and in an “effort to ensure the health and safety of all in need of routine immunizations, the Milford Health Department has adjusted our routine procedures for the clinic in accordance with guidance from the Connecticut Department of Public Health.”

“Keeping up-to-date with your vaccinations during this COVID-19 pandemic is encouraged as it can help prevent against serious, vaccine preventable diseases when we return to our prior social interactions,” officials wrote in a news release.
